Due to Federal regulations, MasterCard and as of August 1. 2019 the State of Alabama require an Adult signature upon delivery on all e liquid/e cig purchases made online.

We are providing the link to the State of Alabama public health website that has in it's entirety the new regulations placed on Alabama Vape retailers. The signature requirement for mail orders starts on page 7 of the bill.

As for MasterCard, we have talked to our processing company on numerous occasions about dropping MasterCard as a payment method we accept, but they will not allow us to operate and not accept MasterCard (We are also required to pay a large yearly fee to MasterCard). We have spoken to competitors to try and circumvent the MasterCard regulations to no avail. This is a reality we simply have to accept, despite our best attempts. Even if you are not paying for your order with a MasterCard the Credit Card processor has made a blanket policy and now along with our State require all packages being sent out to require a signature.

I should note that this is a huge inconvenience for our customers but this is an attempt by various agencies and corporations to help reduce vaping supplies ending up in the hands of minors. 

Some of you may not be satisfied with our explanation on the mandatory shipping changes. If so, please call MasterCard Customer Service at 800-307-7309 or visit their web page at to file a complaint or ask questions.

The fee charged by USPS Pitney Bowes SendPro is $2.65.  The fee will be added automatically at checkout.  We are in no way making a profit off of this fee.

We do not know how or why other vaping companies do not require a signature upon delivery but we are required to according to our Credit card processor, MasterCard, the State of Alabama and our attorneys.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm CST   

Once your order has shipped please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Orders over 16oz will automatically ship USPS Priority at no additional charge. 


Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email from our postage provider, Pitney Bowes SendPro Online.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a set rate. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide before payment is required.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email to request a refund.
  2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

E-Liquid bottles  will not be eligible for return. Please call to discuss your options for refund and return.

Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
